Wheelchair / Accessible Access
There are three steps up to the main entrance of this venue, which opens into the box office foyer space. There are 17 steps in a spiral between the box office and the entrance to the auditorium, and a further 17 steps between the auditorium and the entrance to the bar.
The main entrance to the auditorium leads to the back of the theatre. The auditorium stairs are irregular in both height and depth, but have highlight tape on the edges.
There is wheelchair access to the main auditorium via a side entrance. This is accessed via a pathway up the side of the building, which at its narrowest point is 820mm wide. The wheelchair-accessible entrance is 860mm wide, and there is a small lip in the doorway. This entrance cannot be opened from the outside; for access, call the box office (03 477 6544) or get a companion to speak to one of the ushers.
There is only one wheelchair accessible seat per performance; please note this when booking a ticket.
Bathrooms
There are no wheelchair accessible bathrooms in this venue. There are two gender-neutral toilets available, but these are accessed through the main entrance (up three steps from the street). The toilet doors are 600mm wide.
Approach to Venue
There is no reserved accessible parking available, but there is on-street parking right outside the venue. There is a carpark right next to the venue, which is reserved for a neighbouring business but can be used for pick-up and drop-off.
The venue is located directly on the street and the footpath is in good condition.
Service Dogs
Service dogs are welcome in this venue.
